Our standard shipping for APO is the same fixed rate shipping charge is $5.85 USPS Priority. However, for credit card orders, we do need a billing address in the states. Our card processor will not accept an APO address as the billing address. An APO address is fine for the shipping address. Anything goes for paypal orders!

Expedited Shipping - HURRY!

Expedited shipping is actual FED EX Overnight +(PLUS) a $20 expedite fee. The total is usually between $50 and $75, might be more for heavier orders. We will NOT confirm the total with you before we ship unless the cost if over $100. This is a rush order, and playing phone tag trying to get approval will result in delays. Yes, it is expensive to place an expedited order. You are asking us to drop everything and fill your order!

Rush orders must be placed by phone (704-299-2853), or fax (877-273-2702 ) Because of security measures in place on our online shopping cart, we never see your credit card number, and can not charge your card for more then the amount in the cart. Therefore we can not add the expedited shipping fees to your order placed online. We do HIGHLY RECOMMEND you email us or use the online shipping cart (choose the check or money order in payment options) to send us your address information and the items you would like in your order, and then fax or call with your credit card number. This will greatly reduce the chance of error or delay. Do not email us your credit card information! We are not responsible for delays caused by Fed Ex, and NO REFUNDS will be given for expedited shipping because of these delays.

For faxed orders the word "EXPEDITE" and note that you agree to the extra shipping charges involved must be placed in the comment field in order to get FEDEX overnight shipping. If you do not put the word EXPEDITE we will not know that you have read these terms. By requesting expedited shipping, you are authorizing us to charge your card for FEDEX Overnight Air fee PLUS a $20 expedite fee.

We only use FEDEX for expedited orders. All rush orders must be received by 12pm EST in order to us to have a chance to fill the order that day. We are on Eastern Standard Time. We will notify you via email that we have received your rush order request and that we are fulfilling your request.

We are not always able to rush orders. If you don't hear back from us that day, then we were partying or sleeping. We will make every effort to respond if we can. Overseas / International Orders

International orders are welcome. All overseas and international customers pay $25 flat rate shipping for up to 2 lbs, actual shipping costs for orders over 2 lbs. For orders over 2lbs where there may be an additional charge, we will contact you if this is the case. For most European customers, I am 6 hours back from you and for Asian customers I am 12 hours back. International orders are shipped USPS Global Express or Priority Mail. We will not ship standard mail or freight because they do not have tracking. We have had too many people say they want the cheaper shipping, and then whine and complain because it is slow to arrive. We can't tell them where their package is, because the cheaper options do not have tracking.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. If you access this site from a location outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

Refused, Unclaimed Orders, Non-Deliverable Orders

If an order is, refused, returned or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, and the order is returned to us by USPS or Fed Ex, the order will be refunded less shipping charges and reshipping charges if applicable.
