Shipping policy
- Shipping Speed (or lack thereof...) Orders are mostly processed weekly on Saturday for shipment on Monday. But then, sometimes it's Thursdays. But we do ship at least weekly! In other words, if you are in a hurry, please let us know.
- Sorry, we do not offer overnight shipping! We are a very small business and do not have the manpower to offer this service. If you are in a hurry, you are welcome to email us to see if we might be able to get your order out the door a little more quickly than usual but we will NOT ship overnight. We will do our best to help you, but we both have full-time jobs outside of PrettyRock, so getting things out the door overnight is just not possible.

Domestic Shipping: We ship free via USPS within the USA.

APO Shipping: Our standard shipping for APO is the same fixed rate shipping charge is $5.85 USPS Priority. However, for credit card orders, we do need a billing address in the states. Our card processor will not accept an APO address as the billing address. An APO address is fine for the shipping address. Anything goes for PayPal orders!

We are not currently accepting International Orders But when we do: All overseas and international customers:
Canada: $20 flat rate
Outside USA/CANADA International: $30
For orders over 2lbs where there may be an additional charge based on the estimated weight of the package, we will contact you if this is the case. We offer the flat rate as a convenience to those placing orders for small items or rough. International orders are shipped USPS Express or Priority Mail. We will not ship standard mail or freight because they do not have tracking. We have had too many people say they want the cheaper shipping, and then complain because it is slow to arrive. We can't tell them where their package is, because the cheaper options do not have tracking.
No, we will not change the invoice to show a lower charge to avoid import taxes. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. If you access this site from a location outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

Refused, Unclaimed Orders, Non-Deliverable Orders If an order is, refused, returned, or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, and the order is returned to us by USPS the order will be refunded less shipping charges and reshipping charges if applicable.

Out of Stock or Sold Items, We can and do run out of things and because we don't have a sophisticated inventory system linked to our website, we'll be sure to let you know if we are going to be delayed in shipping your item and you have the option of canceling or waiting patiently.
